Our caring, professional team provides ongoing assistance with your activities of daily living (ADLs) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have an advanced practice community health registered nurse and certified dementia practitioner on-call and available to provide care management and coordination with medical care services in partnership with your primary clinician.

Emmanuel Home Personal Care has been providing quality, efficient, cost-effective care based on Christian principals within the Greater Susquehanna Valley for greater than 20 years. It was established in Northumberland, Pennsylvania in 1998. Emmanuel Home Personal Care was initially established in 1951 in Franklin Park, New Jersey.
